This is a detached two bedroom chalet. The inside has been newly renovated and we are constantly touching up! The St Marys’ ferry to Cumberland Island is a few blocks away! The host will help make the most of your trip by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, wagons and tips for a great day at the beach. Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Jekyll and St Simmons Island are all within 30 min. Go enjoy the day there, then relax with marsh views next to the sea ~ it’s pure Next-ta-Sea
The space
You will have a two bedroom bungalow with a kitchen and living room. There is a shared deck. A pet sitter is next door! The kitchen has all new appliances, flatware, cookware and dishes. There are 2 boat ramps within 1 mile if you choose to bring a boat. It is pet friendly ($25 non-refundable pet deposit per dog - sorry no cats). There is plenty of space for your pooch to run. The historic waterfront is in walking distance and has restaurants, coffee shops and a quaint book store. The Cumberland Island Ferry is within walking distance. The home has Bluetooth for your musical pleasure and an HD tv - WiFi included. Kayaks are available for rental. Laundry Service for a fee.

There is ample parking. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood. The St. Marys Magic Market rents golf carts.
