The smoking area had lots of weeds growing up thru the patio stones, the picnic table full of green moss. .Gardens have weeds taller than the plants. The creamer for the coffee curdled the coffee. It was way expired. We waited over an hour to get coffee cups in the morning and then could not drink the coffee. Only 1 bar of soap to share with three people. The room smelled bad when we arrived so we had to open the window. The only thing good was the room was ok and the beds are comfortable. Not staff on duty at all times. I think they all work from home. You have to phone Noel to get any answers to problems. We could not get the room door to open with the code given to us. Had to call again to Noel to find out how to get in the room. No one was there for check in and no one there for check out either. No staff on duty at all for our entire stay. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I will not stay here again.

Room was large and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It had a black microfiber towel for makeup removal which i appreciated. Sadly there was no hairdryer. I also had a hard time reaching the reception when we arrived. I realized it was 15 minutes before the stated closing time, but we had a reservation and theru should have been expecting us or have called to check-in if we were still coming.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The front desk agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't expecting much because the price was so good, but we were very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay again.

Condition of the room was incredible! Was the perfect home-away-from-home stay. Our only concern was the dust from the heater caused some agitated sinuses as they hadnt been used much this winter. Other than that the stay was amazing and apuls 1000% visit again

Check-in was fine--friendly and efficient person at the desk. For check-out, no one was at the desk when I was leaving, but a room cleaner called someone, then told me I could just leave. Not a big problem, but a little confusing and inconvenient.

Definitely will be staying here again. Nole at the front desk went above and beyond for us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. There being a restaurant on site is a bonus. We didn’t get to eat there cause it wasn’t opening for 2 weeks yet at that time but is very convenient. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay while snowmobiling.

The receptionist is helpful and friendly. The heating system in the room is kind of loud; it is hard to fall asleep with it turned on. When we turned it off, the room was freezing. The TV in the room has access to Netflix, free of charge.
