Super comfy beds! Food options for dinner were extremely limited (Denny's on the property)... Off the beaten path, so it's not "right off the 40" as I had read. The property is dated, such as the windows, A/C units, and furnishings, but it was a comfortable stay with a decent breakfast in the morning. Its relatively remote location allows for quiet and no traffic noise.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was great. Better than average breakfast. The hotel served *blue* corn flour waffles, which were delicious, not rubbery (like some we've had on our road trip), and came it crispy. Coffee was also decent, not bitter. Only downside of our visit was the pool and jacuzzi. The pool (indoor) was not heated and the water was ice cold. The jacuzzi was undergoing maintenance while we were there. One bonus, they had an operable sauna if that's your jam.

Once we got into our room, we liked it. It was comfortable and pretty clean. However, we planned our day around getting there at check in time, which was stated as 2 pm on the website, but the girl at the desk rudely said that we couldn't check in until three. I showed her where it said 2 o'clock on their website, and she said I know that's what it says, but your room's not going to be ready till three. I asked if she could just put us in a different similar room since we're there right on time, and she said no.

Requested 2 beds and ground floor. Got 1 bed and 2nd floor. The swimming pool was so cold, couldn’t swim in it. Had to go back and get a different room and was told no ground floor rooms were available.
