The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Tidy up a bit - Wash any dirty dishes and leave to dry - Set mini-splits to 69 ( Oct-Mar) and 78 (Apr-Sep) - Turn off all lights, TV and coffee maker.
- Take trash to bin at back of lower level (in the winter you might need to drive around through the alleyway) - You may leave bedding on the bed - Place all used towels on bathroom floor
