Welcome to my newly renovated 1950's family home! Brought back to life with a lively flair of contemporary designs I composed personally using authentic Maltese materials. Inspired by the fusion of sea and sand, immerse yourself into the colour and beauty of St Paul's Bay's surrounding natural elements brought into your very living space. My family residence has been extensively revamped over an incredible 4-year project. Remaining true in spirit to all the features that make this 1950's seaside home a most unique and special place, I promise to bring you more than just a sleep-over but a truly uplifting experience!

Sleep and rise to the sound of the sea teasing the shore below your bedroom. Roll out of bed onto the elegant wooden terrace and let its magic work wonders at any time of the day or year!

The main bedroom offers a queen-size double bed with a stunning en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king-size double bed and one single, which is also extendable into another double. A separate main bathroom offers privacy and comfort for both couples and families.

The living area offers unobstructed, south-facing sea views. As the sun rises, roll up the binds and become mesmerised by the glittering sunlight on the sea reflecting into the living space. A large lounge with chaise-long, dimmable lighting and a Bluetooth speaker provide the perfect combinations to personalise the atmosphere and chill out. Seating six persons, the carefully chosen circular also table preserves a lofty sea-side feel in harmony with the floor design. The large fully equipped kitchen with bar area allows full versatility to manifest your kitchen creations!

Be tempted to make use of my brand new olympic-grade Technogym equipment. Fully equipped for both cardio or physio training, the combination of the multigym machine, free-weight bench and cross-trainer offer an unlimited resource to power your body and mind. And why not combine with some swimming in the sea below or run in the surrounding hills?

A state of the art water filtration system provides unlimited drinking water to keep you replenished while helping to cut down single use plastic! Each room is equipped with its own, separate climatic air conditioning system.

As the yellow floor with blue and white triangles conjure up the salty tang of sand-meet-sea and pebbles, be tempted to venture down the electronic manhole downstairs taking you through the underlying boathouse to give you direct access to the sea.

Our residence is perfectly hidden from the main road and equipped with thick double-glazed windows and doors, offering effective energy efficiency perfect tranquility.

Connect your own music device to our surround system and chill out after a day at the beach.

Time your stay with a mid-summer full moon, and watch it rise in orange from the western horizon and transform into a bright white ball glittering on the water and casting reflections through the low lit rooms.

Take advantage of the cooler autumn, winter and spring and set out on some of Malta's most breath-taking walks which will stimulate your senses at every step!

... then rest well with a well-deserved cup of tea on our balcony where time stops for no one except for you!
