Gutes Domizil

Die Dame bei der Immobilienverwaltung hat zur Begrüßung schon einen sehr burschikosen Ton angeschlagen, der schon ganz nah an der Grenze zu unfreundlich war. Aber die Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Dorf liegt gut und ist drumherum ruhig mit eigenem Stellplatz auf dem Hof. Die Sauberkeit hat einen Stern Abzug bekommen, da diverse Dreckweben von der Decke und in den Ecken vorhanden waren. Durch die EG Lage mit ebenerdigen Eingang waren auch noch diverse Tierchen (Schneider, Spinnen) vorhanden, die man zum Einzug lieber nicht vorgefunden hätte. Die Terasse war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt, Stühle und Tisch waren schon sehr lange nicht abgewischt worden. Die Wohnung ist gut und praktikabel eingerichtet, so dass man es gemütlich hatte. Gewünscht hätten wir uns bei der Möblierung nur, dass der Lattenrost im Kopfteil verstellbar wäre. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung empfehlen und würden sie selbst auch wieder buchen.
