Ideal for a relaxing family holiday on the North Sea.

Living room with large corner sofa for up to 4 people, armchair, TV (satellite), stereo compact system with CD player and Bluetooth function and dining table for 5 persons (extendable). For the special comfort the fireplace provides. Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony overlooking the garden. Semi-open kitchen with every comfort (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer).

Okay mit Abstrichen

Lage und Ausstattung gut, aber einige Teile müssten erneuert werden, z.B. Sofa und Sitzkissen der Küchenstühle. Merkwürdiger muffiger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Bioethanolkamin soll lt. Besitzer nur von Menschen betrieben werden, die Erfahrung im Umgang mit solchen Kaminen haben! Was soll das?
