Comfortably furnished 3-room apartment "Menzel" with about 62 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people. In a quiet location at the end of a pedestrianized street in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. Enjoy summer evenings in the beautiful garden to the south-west.

Living room with sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, small TV (satellite), DVD player, radio and dining table with 2 chairs and cozy corner seat for 3-4 people. Direct access (with wheelchair ramp) to the furnished sunny garden terrace to the southwest.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Domizil ist NICHT Rolli-geeignet

Die Wohnung ist 2 Stufen hoch und die selbstgezimmerte Rampe ist NICHT für die sichere Nutzung durch Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet! Durchkommen selbst mit schmalem Aktivrollstuhl zur Dusche nicht gegeben. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ok (wenn auch mind. 2 km zum nächsten StrandZUGANG, wie bei der Wohnung „7 Amseln“ nebenan realistischer angegeben 😉) Renovierung 2020 bedeutet hier konkret: in 3 Zimmern Laminatboden „selbstverlegt“, teilweise wurden Wände gestrichen/tapeziert oder ausgebessert und das Badezimmer ist 2020 sicher neu gefliest worden und erhielt eine schöne ebenerdige Dusche, jedoch insgesamt bleibt die Wohnung eher dem 70er Charme treu (Türen, Schalter, etc) aber die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und zeitlos und die Matratzen seht gut Auf der Terasse fehlt ein Tisch in angemessener Größe zum gemeinsamen essen und die kleine Gartenfläche würde sich sehr zum einzäunen anbieten, damit der „willkommene Hund“ frei laufen könnte. Leider wurde die konstruktive Kritik- gerade in Bezug auf die urlaubs- und erholungsentscheidende Rollstuhltauglichkeit nicht ernst genommen und darauf verwiesen, der Behinderte ist verpflichtet sich zusätzlich zu erkundigen! Der Fahrradabstellraum war bis zum vorletzten Urlaubstag trotz Reklamation verschlossen (damit auch der Zugang zu 2 von 4 Stühlen und allen Auflagen für die Terrasse) Letztlich ist man uns seitens Eidestedter App-Vermittlung jedoch entgegen gekommen und hat versprochen, die Beschreibung anzupassen

Alte Wohnung, zu teuer für die Ausstattung

Hallo zusammen, wir haben die Wohnung Menzel in den Sommerferien gemietet. Leider ist die Wohnung einfach abgewohnt. Die Möbel sind alt und somit Sofa und Bank nicht mehr sauber. Weiter ergaben sich weitere Negativpunkte: - alte und nicht mehr schließende Fenster (kein Einbruchschutz); - Gardinen mit dem Muff der 70er Jahre (staubig); - Innenliegendes Bad ohne Lüftung (aber neu renoviert) - Durchlauferhitzer, keine konstante Duschtemperatur; - das Waschbecken im Bad ist leider viel zu klein; - Terassentür defekt, wir mussten den Hebel bei Öffnen und Schließen immer festhalten; - Terasse ohne Sonnenschirm; - kein Wäscheständer (nur eine Leine vor der Terassentür); - die Ausstattung im Wohnzimmer ist einfach alt und teilweise zusammengesucht; was war gut: - ruhige Lage; - Waschmaschine; - Fernseher, DVD, CD Spieler, WLAN haben gut funktioniert; - Erdgeschoss mit Terasse; - recht nah zum Stadtteil Dorf.
