schimmelige Angelegenheit

Die Wohnung hat dringenden Sarnierungsbedarf. Das Bad aus den 50ern schimmelt in allen Ecken. Fugen in der Dusche, am Waschbecken, Duschkopf und Vorhang sind schwarz. Letzteres wurde vom Vermieter aber immerhin nach Beschwerde am Folgetag ausgetauscht. Auch im Flur Schimmel an Wänden, Schrank und sämtlichen Türen. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug in unzumutbarem Zustand. Müll im Schlafzimmer, dreckige Böden, klebrige Küche. Im Schrank fand sich keine einzige saubere Tasse. Das einzig Positive an der Wohnung war die gute Lage. Ansonsten kann man sich hier einfach nicht wohlfühlen und wir sind daher auch früher abgereist.
