A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window completes the apartment.

For additional relaxation, a shared sauna is available for a fee. A shared washing machine and dryer are also available in the building – also for a fee.

You can park your car free of charge directly at the building, and you can safely store your bicycles in the shared shed. Your four-legged family members are also welcome for an additional fee. A baby cot and a highchair are also available for an additional fee.
