This beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach and is located on the top floor of the resort and features a well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a pullout couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The bedroom offers privacy and has a king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

Great room for a family or 5 with access to all the amenities of the resort. Room very clean. Owner responsive. The only minor complaint is the check-in staff and people throughout the resort were a little confused since this is a privately owned rental in a hotel (they said there are only 2 in the hotel), but we got the hang of explaining it after a day - the servers always want to charge to your room which you cannot do . Excellent resort for families with easy clean beach access, great pool and tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance

Perfect stay! Tom is incredible as a host - welcoming and responsive. He's thought of all of the details, especially for families! The pack n play and high chair were a huge help as was him being accommodating with check-in/out times. Unit was very clean, beach was wonderful, and such a plus to have access to Sandpearl amenities! Already looking at dates when we can return!

We had a lovely time with our three kids. Tom was always responsive and informative. Very clean, spacious, family friendly, and well maintained unit on the top floor. Resort had very friendly staff on site. Restaurant is delicious. My in-laws stayed a few floors below, and booked through the hotel directly. They also had a great time. Pool and beach were both excellent. Wish we lived closer so we could come back sooner. Highly recommend!
