The best way to sum up the unsatisfactory, unsafe condition of this unit is to let you know there was “yellow caution” tape, not outside, but “inside” the unit near a step down. Never saw anything like this!!
The bed that was mentioned in the description as “against a wall” was actually again two walls. That is how small the so called bedroom is, therefore, not allowing the person on that side of the bed to get up and out of bed without crawling over the other person. Never experienced anything like this either. In addition, it was so small there was no room for even one night stand, nor a dresser with drawers to place clothing, etc.
The night we arrived we notified the manager we would be leaving the next day. We had to stay two nights because not able to find something available before then, allowing a dog.
There were a few things updated, which the photographer did a great job of focusing on for the listing. Hard to believe any updates were done without updating the dirty walls or old dirty and dust covered baseboards. They refused to refund the two nights we were not able to stay by submitting about a 12 page document to my credit card company and showing pictures that did not let show any of the information I described to help you make a decision on renting this unit.
