Short walk to the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for one weekend and loved it! The beach is right across the street and John's pass is a 30-minute beach walk. Besides the location, Julie was amazing and extremely fast to respond. We will book again the next time we're in town!

Cute condo close to the beach

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. The condo is older but we loved the old Florida beach vibe. It had everything you could need (including beach chairs and toys) and the location was a two minute walk to the beach. Two of us slept on the pull-out sofa and it was more comfortable than most. I would recommend!!

Great location and comfortable unit

The unit was a few minutes walk to the beach and there is a nice gas station nearby for snacks on the way to the beach. The unit was comfortable and had space enough for our small family for a quick trip. The host was accommodating and responsive! The complex is very small and older but we didn’t need any of the communal space so it was a non issue. Overall would recommend it for anyone looking for affordable and convenient!

Convenient Location

My husband and I and our 15 year old daughter stayed for a week. She slept on the pull-out couch, and said that it was comfortable. There were plenty of sheets and pillows. We were able to walk to several restaurants such as Caddy’s, The Daiquiri Shack and Dockside Daves. The walk to the beach was truly only 2 minutes and there is a pedestrian crossing right there. Julie was very quick to respond to any communication. We were disappointed to find out that the shared grill was not there. We were informed by another guest in another unit that it had been stolen. We had planned to grill out and were not able to do that. That is not Julie’s fault at all, but just want to give a heads up in case someone buys steaks and burgers to grill ahead of time. You might want to check and make sure that the grill has been replaced prior to planning to do that. Overall it was a good value for the location and met our needs just fine. Julie also had beach chairs and beach umbrellas and a small cooler to use at the beach. We left behind a nice sized boogie board to add to the collection of toys! We hope someone is able to enjoy using it in the waves as our daughter did. I would stay here again if I visit Madeira Beach in the future.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 409. It was perfect for 2 people. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. The bed was comfortable. The unit was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler - very appreciated! Quick walk across the street and we were right on the beach. The property manager Julie was very responsive. We have a small issue upon arrival which was addressed immediately. My only negative is the outside of the property. The court yard could be nice but the plants are overgrown and could certainly use some TLC.

Great time with a couple of technicality’s

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighbor hood was fairly quiet and a very short walk to the beach and a cross walk just around the corner, so you can push a button and stop traffic.But the walk way up stairs need repairing, my wife has bad knees and she found it difficult to walk because of the humps and sliding of the Matt’s. And the shuffle board was in some major maintenance and cleaning.

I had a nice stay at Julie’s place. The bed was comfortable, the community was quiet and it was sooo close to the Madeira Beach public access. It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! Julie was a super sweet host!
