This is like staying at a beach house, one block from Indian Rocks Beach. The 2 bedroom condo was spotless, for our arrival, and the king size beds in each bedroom were great for our group of 2 couples. The street is very quiet at night, yet only one block to the beach. The property is nicely renovated with a real beach house feel. All linens, blankets, and towels were clean and in great shape. The kitchen had all of the basics required to cook, on the stove, and in the oven. The property has a nice back yard with small stones, and you can find lounging chairs, small tables with umbrellas, and kayaks to use- the 2 kayaks are shared with the property next door. The condo came with the use of a golf cart which seats 4 people, which was a fun addition. One can cross Gulf Boulevard to get to the beach, with the cart, but cannot drive on Gulf Boulevard, due to local rules, but you can travel a fair ways down the coast, on the intercoastal side, where the condo is, and access coffee shops, and restaurants with the buggy if desired. The parking includes a numbered spot which provides space for the golf cart, and one car behind the cart. We had 2 cars for part of our stay, but were still able to accommodate, as there were 2 open/non numbered parking spaces in between the 2 properties. One can take the city trolly from gulf boulevard up to Clearwater beach, or south, down the coast. Our host, Tom, was very helpful, before and during our lovely beach stay.
