We just spent a week here and it was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and great view from the balcony with awesome seating out there. The restaurant Keegans across the street is amazing, definitely go there.

In the past, I primarily used timeshares. This unit was spotless and was well supplied. There was a closet with everything you would need for the beach including chairs, towels, pop-up tents, noodles and children's beach toys.The unit had a beautiful side view of the beach as stated in the property outline.Andrey was extremely accommodating and promptly answered any questions. I would gladly rent from him again.

Fantastic place to stay. Andre is always available but we didnt need anything with everything in good order and clean. Pool is nice and beach is as close you can possibly get. Convenient location for visiting anywhere near Clearwater down to St. Pete Beach.For those who struggle with stairs, the newly refurbished elevator works well.Easy access to White sands Beach with a bit of an Ocean view from the balcony. It is worth a note that the Living room furniture is well worn and people with mobility issues may have a hard time getting up from the seats since they sink down quite a bit. Overall, we had a Good Experience with this unit and would recommend to others!QLB
