House was pretty much as expected. Flooring needs some repairs. We were cautious as one of our group is 85 years old. There was an issue with a toilet that the owner promptly fixed for us. Gary was very responsive to our questions. House was located well for the activties our camera club was doing. Make sure to visit Doc Ford's Rum Bar!
