Host subsituted a different unit that did not have a full stove, only a cooktop. While VRBO compensated partial cost of the unit, as the host was unresponsive, it took 3 hours of phone time to walk through the steps to resolve. Also the pool was filthy with leaves on the bottom, flowing on top and piled on the sides. Once reported, the next morning the pool was clean and remained clean for our stay. Inside the Unit was clean but no place to hang towels in bathroom, bedroom or kitchen. Toiletpaper holder loose. Location was good and neighborhood was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

This place is really cute and very clean. It has everything you need. It is in walking distance of everything. We rented a car but really didn’t need to. The area it is in is not heavily traveled and it was quiet at night. The check in was very easy. The owner was very helpful with ideas of where to go and what to see. We had a great weekend there for our anniversary!! I definitely recommend this place.

Cute property

Cute little property, the bed is hard and pillows are thin, also would have liked to see more towels/linens as we were there for five total nights. Location is nice, appreciative of kitchen utensils/ microwave/fridge.

A disaster

Loud noise, college students drinking for all hours, and then tossing their cookies in the hall outside my room. Nobody to talk to about checking out early nir were they around the horrible 24 hours I stayed. I had insurance through VRBO, and received no refund from VRBO. I checked out the next day and found a wonderful place on Redington Beach.
