The location of this home is outstanding! Walk to the neighborhood's private gated beach access, just south of the Don Cesar. Short walk into Pass-a Grille or you can be in downtown St. Pete or Skyway Bridge in 10 minutes, TPA Airport in 30 mins. This home has a minimum monthly rental (28 days). You are 1 block from a fantastic park with playground and tennis courts. There is offstreet parking for 4 cars, 2 in front and 2 in the back.
