Our 2,800 sqft oasis is incredibly spacious and features a ton of amenities so it's VERY comfortable for groups. We have a screened in & FREE heated pool, several outdoor dining & hangout spaces, beautiful gardens, 2 large living rooms & 5 bedrooms

Welcome to our little slice of paradise in the St Pete area of Florida! This is the little oasis you have been looking for and truly feels like a resort.

This is an amazing community of St Pete that has it's own artsy downtown w/ local restaurants, tiki bars & beach! Best location! We are 8 minutes to famous St Pete Beach & 10 minutes to downtown St Pete.

Sick of going to vacation rentals that are sparsely furnished (no lamps! no fans! terrible beds!), provide no basics like toilet paper, hand soap, detergent or paper towels and that have meager and worn kitchenware you can hardly make a small meal?

NOT HERE, this is our personal home so we have outfitted the entire space with all the amenities we want and use in our home when we visit with our family and friends. We on provide all the "good stuff" and hope you will enjoy it during your vacation as well.

House Layout
- 5 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of room for everyone to have private space

- 2 Living rooms with 65" and 55" Roku TVs with SLING cable included

- All bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming options and SLING is signed in for TV watching
- 3 bedrooms on the main floor (2 King & 1 Queen) and 1 Large bathroom that opens up to the Pool deck for easy bathroom breaks while swimming
- Upstairs is an ENORMOUS master suite with King bed, huge sectional sofa, 55” TV, desk, walk in closet , en suite bathroom and enclosed balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
- Off this large suite is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, making it perfect for families with kids.
- Fully enclosed yard for privacy

Pool, Outdoor Space & Beach Gear:
- HEATED Pool - We use a combination of solar and and electric heat pump to make swimming year round possible. We heat the pool to a minimum of 80 degrees with NO CHARGE to guests. If you do want the pool heated to a higher temp, we can offer that with a daily fee so please inquire.
- A shed full of beach and pool items you are free to use including different floaties, beach chairs, beach carts, umbrellas and coolers
- Fully enclosed pool to keep bugs and other Florida critters away
- A bathroom that opens right onto the pool deck to make bathroom breaks easy
- Dining set for 6 ina shaded area on the pool deck
- Dining set for 8 on the back patio by the gas grill
- Beautiful gardens
- Weber 3 burner gas grill


Amenities we provide:
-Don't like spending $100 on "the basics" when coming for just a couple of days on vacation? ME NEITHER! My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap, dish soap, & laundry detergent. You name it, we provide it to make you feel at home!

- Fresh bath and beach towels and linens.
- Fiber Gig speed Wireless internet is always available
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter (both a normal POT style and K CUP capability), toaster, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer & crock pot
- All the basic tools and then some, like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, tongs, spatulas, wooden spoons, etc
- Classic and "bomb proof" Farberware stainless pots, several different pans, plenty of cutting boards, baking sheets, bakeware, storage ware etc
- Ample Corelle dishware, glasses, mugs, stainless cups for the pool, wine glasses, etc
- Childrens dishware, utensils and cups
- Shared pantry where guests are encouraged to use what is available and leave other items guests might like behind.
- For those traveling with little ones: 2 pack n plays, 2 high chairs and 2 strollers you can use!
