Enjoy the private heated pool and hot tub! Families will love the amenities such as: mini putt putt, a garage game room with billiards and arcades, and a home stocked with beach essentials! Plenty of space to entertain and enjoy all the amenities this area has to offer such as dining, events, kayaking, boating, fishing, and state parks!

This property is located just minutes to the white sand beaches of Indian Rocks beach. St Pete Beach, Downtown St Pete, Clearwater Beach, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa Airport are all within 20-40 minutes of the home.

-No Open Flames/Candles/Matches
-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There are additional cleaning charges if stains are found and removable. Non-removable stains will result in replacement fee of the damaged item.

Other Penalties Include:
-Stolen/Stained Towels/Linens
-Excessive Cleaning Fee if trash is left on the ground or dirty dishes not put in dishwasher
-Broken or damaged items/furniture

Use and access of the pool are at your own risk and rules must be followed. Please refer to on-site pool rules poster prior to use. Owner/Co-host assume no responsibility for injury occurring on the property.

Our family had an amazing holiday together. The home was beautiful and was the perfect space for all of us. Everything was clean, well-stocked, maintained and just as pictured. Josh, the host was equally amazing and very responsive. He stayed in touch with me and I appreciated the check-ins and reminders. It felt as though he truly wanted us to enjoy the home and our stay in Florida. We would stay again and again!

Great rental!

The property was perfect. Pool, hot tub, big family room/kitchen for families, etc. Take note: advertised for up to 19. We had 10, and due to dynamics of our group, all bedrooms were used and someone still had to sleep on the couch. Also, although 4 bathrooms, only 2 had showers. Again, minor to us, but need to know. Definitely would stay there again.

Make a Memory

Our family (14 total) had fun filled days and evenings at this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean and provided many of the ‘extras’ needed for an effortless vacation. Close drive to many tourist spots and beaches. Wonderful!
