The Space:

Soft light filters through the open‑plan living area, inviting you to linger on the sofa with a book or drift toward the backyard for a splash in the pool. Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms welcome you with distinct styles. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, offers 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, includes 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, features 1 Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides 1 King Bed. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group’s comfort.



Indoor living

The spacious living area flows naturally into a dedicated game room where a pool table, foosball table, poker table and arcade machines await friendly competition. A large TV and a quiet workspace give you options for entertainment or catching up on work. Air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease. The adjoining indoor‑outdoor dining space offers ample room for family meals, casual snacks or a glass of wine as the sun sets.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture and a fire pit for cozy evenings. A putting green and an outdoor bar with a minifridge add extra ways to enjoy the warm Clearwater climate. The fenced backyard and patio provide safe space for children and pets to roam, while free on‑site and street parking keep arrivals hassle‑free.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, smart lock self‑check‑in, and all standard linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions without extra fees.

Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
