Guests will enjoy two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Bright and lovely, this condo offers a soothing retreat where guests can feel right at home. *Please note that Vista Verde North Condo Association requires a background check for all occupants 18 years of age or older. The background check will be paid by me (the owner). *Renovations are happening on the outside of all the buildings in Vista Verde North. As of Summer 2026, they are still working on bldg 1, and we are bldg 4. Since we are on the first floor, it will not affect us in terms of balcony and stairs.
