This home was clean and in a great location for a travel down to Saint Petersburg. The messages I had received prior to arriving, had a bit of incorrect information regarding the entry code, so I had to find it within the check-in instructions. I had also received a message that should’ve included a number to contact for emergencies, but there was no number populated.We could not find any extra blankets or pillowcases for the extra pillows in the hallway. Additionally, it didn’t feel that the kitchen was stopped with enough to cook (ie seasonings) and there was a little coffee left over, but didn’t feel “intentional”. In general of the house was a great size and the bonus room was fantastic for early mornings. Plenty of hot water for six people. Would recommend with a few adjustments.

Beautiful remodel some misses

The inside main home was beautiful. The large areas for eating, playing games, and socializing were excellent. The kitchen appliances worked well. Some basic cooking utensils were missing like knives.I had to call the property manager to get the entry code into the home. That is super frustrating given the VBRO app has a great place to put it. The managers response was somewhat terse, but we did get in on the first call. Other challenge was a heavy rain fell and there is a significant leak in the back open room on the bar there. Everything we left on the bar had to be thrown away and we had to mop it out to make it useable. I suspect the hurricanes may have damaged it and I bet they’ll get that fixed soon.

Very clean very very comfortable

We all had a very great stay at the residence and will do it again. Very very clean. Very very comfortable. We wish it could’ve had a backyard that we could’ve utilized. The lawn chairs in the extra room were very flimsy and not bolted together other than that everything was excellent.
