A fully furnished, clean and affordable studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. NO ADDITIONAL HOST FEES (cleaning) are added. Our accommodations are ideal for the individual who wants a safe and relaxing environment that provides for the basic essential amenities. A queen bed and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage. The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower.
Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard; separate patios, divided by a gate. Please communicate if your dog will be joining you. One dog is welcome. The dog fee is 10.00 per night.
