Staff was a rude (front desk) about a late checkout. First-time traveler and didn't know checkout was 11am so I had to pay a charge which is no big deal to me so I'd like to remind the staff to not make it a big deal next time. If your "cleaning staff" were truly so eager to go and clean our room a phone call to me would've been made to my cell. Don't mistake ignorance for malice... Also had to book an xtra night and was told it was the same room I already had and when we got there it was not even after triple checking with staff so that that exact situation would not happen but yet still did. Hotel is very nice and furnished but the staff needs work for how much people pay. and no onsite laundry is a big con

Of you have a vehicle the parking is 38$ a night. There is no affordable ivernight parking anywhere in the area. This was my only gtipe about the hotel. Everything else was beautiful and I would stay again. The manager uovraded my room as a bonvoy member which was great. The lavender satchels that yoy can fill uo was such a beautiful touch!

We checked in on a Friday for 4 nights and had no room service during our stay. We had to ask for towels each night. Complained about the water pressure in the shower and nothing was done. Not what you would expect from a Marriott. Garage attendants and lobby bartender were five star.
