Amazing main floor resort style condo at Avalon

This one bedroom newly renovated apartment is located in Avalon at Clearwater Condo Complex, accommodating up to 3 guests (1 queen size bed + 1 ottoman that unfolds into a twin bed with memory foam mattress and one twin size air matress). All furnishings are new including the patio set for the covered terrace. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility.

The unit is on the main floor and has everything you need: linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, coffee maker, blender, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Free Parking, Pool, Fitness Room, Cable TV, WIFI Internet. 10 min drive & 25 min biking (dedicated bike path) to Clearwater Beach and several other beaches. 30 min drive to Downtown Tampa & Downtown St-Petersburg. 1 hour 45 min. to Disney World (Orlando, FL).

The complex is walking distance from Publix grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping, public transportation and 5 min drive to 24/7 Walmart.

Must be over 25 to book, 5-day minimum rental.

Cute place in a great location

This well stocked condo was the perfect place for our 6 night stay in Clearwater. We very much appreciated having all the necessary items such as laundry detergent, hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent etc…The bed was comfortable and the linens provided were great! The kitchen table was nice for our game time and the sofa was comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or screened in patio. This is a great place for 2!

Avalon is a great location. Condo was very clean and well equipped! Our host Catinca was so quick to respond for any of our inquiries! The pool is beautiful and warm!We would recommend this condo and we will return!

Amazing Condo and Host

We stayed at this condo for 10 nights and it is truly lovely. Very spacious and has everything you need. Even the host supplying your everyday essentials was a lovely touch. Very beautifully decorated. The host is amazing and super helpful. She communicated and answered our queries quickly. We had one small issue with some neighbors that was sorted instantly. Lovely heated pool and ample parking. You even have a huge washer/dryer in case you want to do your laundry before you leave. Close to a great restaurant/sports bar and convenient to the supermarket. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again if ever back in Florida. Thank you for everything Catinca, much appreciated.

Our home away from home!

My husband and I spent three relaxing weeks in Florida in March of 2024. Ten of those days were at the Avalon community on S. Missouri Ave. in Clearwater. Close to everything! This particular first floor unit was very clean, well appointed and a great place to relax at the end of a long day. I especially enjoyed the patio with the fun light strands in the evening. We accessed that off of our bedroom. I also very much appreciated the large ensuite walk-in closet with lots of storage options. We dined out for just about every meal, so I can't address the kitchen, but it seemed fully equipped. Thanks to the owners for providing a perfect place to stay!

I loved the unit’s layout, decor, easy access to the pool, and helpful host, Catinca. The front gates were closed well before 9:00 one evening while I was walking the premises, which left me stranded until a I got assistance from a security man. Another time the gates closed during the daytime. Hope they have been repaired.

I stayed in this condo for 10 days for a work/play stay. Condo is clean and updated. The rental owner was easy to get in touch with and helpful when I needed something. The pool was clean as well. Not too far from Clearwater beach which I took an Uber to easily.

Comfortable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was much like home with all the amenities offered. Having a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed means a lot! We also enjoyed the location which is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beaches and more. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to my friends.

Perfect for a girls beach trip!

Enjoyed our stay, great/clean place and had everything we needed for the beach. The upstairs neighbor was a bit loud at times but we didn't care that much so we didn't reach out to the owner about it so that's on us.
