This vacation condo is perfect for families and couples who want an affordable, resort-like stay in Florida. The master bedroom contains a King sized memory foam bed and a brand new 40 inch Roku (Netflix and Amazon Ready) TV as well as its own huge bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has its own walk in closet and a Queen sized memory foam bed. The living room has a brand new 55 inch 4K Netflix and Amazon ready TV as well as a loveseat and a sofa bed. The condo has high ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. Includes free wifi as well as TV service with 126HD channels like ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN as well as channels like Disney and Nickelodeon for children. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and private with gated security and has a HUGE resort style pool that is rarely crowded and great for families as well as a fitness room that is open 24/7. The complex also provides a club house with a TV and kitchen for relaxation before going to the pool or any time it is open. It is located across from a shopping center with a supermarket and within walking distance of great restaurants as well as fast food restaurants like Wendy's, McDonald's, Papa Johns, Dunkin Donuts, and Chinese Food. The complex is only 5-10 minutes from beautiful CLEARWATER BEACH which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America as well as the nightlife of Clearwater Beach.
