Great weather matched the great location

Best weather in our many stays in Florida. Location is great, plenty to do in John’s Pass. I like that the hotel seem to keep their interactions limited so you felt free to enjoy your stay. Room service if you ask, after hours check in etc. I rather not sit and listen to a sales pitch…when staff needed to communicate they were great and happy to help. Old part of the hotel is old…but clean. Pools were nice one is just a foot or so deep for kids-the other isn’t huge but good enough. Ocean front so that’s our “pool” ! I would recommend the hotel add a couple more umbrellas for the pool area. Also they don’t rent/have beach cabanas or chairs. There is someone that does but they are whole double bed cabanas with collapsible shades. It’s not great for a couple with different wants of sun amounts. These were $40 a day. We stayed for 8 days so bought and left some chairs and umbrellas. Cheaper than renting and gifting at the end was fun.

This property combines the conveniences of a condo and hotel. Quiet and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again!

Loved the location, as it was within walking distance to John's Pass for shopping and dining options. Also liked the use of the basket system for any supplies, toiletries you may need, instead of the staff coming into your room to fulfill the items. Biggest downfall for us, were the mattresses. VERY firm and uncomfortable, thankfully we were able to nap by the pool and on the beach. Would still recommend for a long weekend getaway

Asked for help from front desk to blow up air mattress and was to ld they would get ahold of me.got no response . Woke up on the 4thmorning to baby cockroaches in my bathroom. Never again will I stay here. I don't go on vacation to have to worry about taking critters home tomyhouse thank you.That is not a good vacation to me that is discusting.

Great place to stay, and yes, it is on the beach! The poolside king suite was very roomy, love the balcony. Its a great location, you can easily walk to Johns Pass in 10 minutes & access St petersburg , driving , in 30 depending on traffic.

Ocean front renovated modern property and convenient location to John’s pass. The beach and pool are excellent, beach is quiet and pool area is relaxing. Can’t beat the price for our family of 5 with 2 bedrooms accommodation. Thank you for everything!

The only thing that was negative was the pool and hot tub closing at 9:00. Most places ive been to usually close at 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm.

I can’t wait to come back! Location is great. I can be very picky about where I stay as I travel as a singe woman with my two young daughters. We had a blast. Shelling, flying kites, swimming. The property is immaculate the room has everything you need. Can’t complement this property enough. Stay here!

Older but very well kept building and very well kept pool right in the beach with plenty of beach view rooms. The no smoking anywhere policy is great even though a few guests didn’t seem to care about it or others much. That’s a guest issue though IMO
