This property was perfect! The aesthetic of the place was so nice, very clean with everything nicely updated! The shower was wonderful, the linens provided were great, and the bed was so comfortable! The location was also great! Short walk to 2 different coffee shops and Salt Rock Grill right next door with exceptional food! Also this unit is perfect location located directly across from the beach access. It was a 1-2min walk right to the beach! Also provided with the property is beach chairs which were very nice! The pool was located toward the back of the property but also not a bad walk and had a great view of the sound. We actually saw dolphins swimming one afternoon. I would highly recommend this property!

Dena’s condo was perfect for us! It’s very modern, clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy and it was stocked with all the essentials. It’s right on Gulf Blvd super close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We needed a bandage for my grandson and found she had a first aid kit in the bathroom. Dena is super easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. I had a few questions prior to booking and appreciated her promptness and kindness. We will definitely rent from her again!

My family of four just stayed five nights in this condo and it was perfect. It feels brand new and is stocked with everything you will need. There is a full kitchen, dinning room/living room area and the beds were extremely comfortable. Best of all was the patio area on Gulf Blvd right across from the beautiful beach. You can view the beach while you eat or drink. It was just a short walk across the street right on to the beach for easy access. The resort grounds and pool are also very nice. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone who wants a Florida beach vacation.
