Comfortable Base for activities around Clearwater

The property was nice and comfortable with everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or other amenities at the complex but they looked nice. The kitchen had all the basics including a coffee maker (non-Keurig). The beds, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The host supplied check-in/out messages at appropriate times without me having to ask. There are some beach chairs for your use. We had a great stay. Only items to note: It is a 3rd floor condo so lots of stairs. Bath toiletry products such as bath soap and shampoo are not provided (not an issue for me because I always bring my own), there are some stores and restaurants across the street which is convenient but a little noisy around 8am if you're a very light sleeper and sleep in that late. There was one morning when the landscapers woke me up cutting grass shortly before 8. None of these were an issue for my group but might be something to be aware of - use white noise or earplugs if morning noises will bother you. We had a very enjoyable stay and I would book again.

The condo was exactly as listed! It was wonderful… Clean, gated, location was great and had all the luxuries of home! It was close to a variety of stores, great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Check in was contactless and easy. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Located close to everything needed while not super congested.The unit was very clean, has split floor plan. Many very convenient items for day at the beach, umbrella, coolers, towels, bags, toys and many other items. Even had a puddle jumper and swimmer diapers. Pack n Play.Washer, dryer in unit was very convenient. 2 things to note: 1. The unit is on 3rd floor with covered outside steps but no elevator. 2. Spicessalt and pepper.Would definitely stay again.

Condo had lots of helpful additions for beach & within. Two bedrooms on either side each with separate bathroom - bonus. Very clean. EVERYTHING worked ! Very good WIFI. Immediate response from host if questions. Super convenient location - grocery directly across street and easy drive to the wide open beach with gorgeous sun sets. Nice to have not-crowded pool. Easy parking right beside condo.

Was a great place to stay and use as a base for my wife as she was getting treatments. The steps to the 3rd floor were a little much for my wife with her disability, but aside from that the place was great. Very clean, very quiet.

Amazing apartment.. we loved

The apartment stays at good location where you have groceries at walk distance as well a few restaurants. Pretty easy to go Clearwater beach and others but you have to go with a car. Super convenient and it has everything you need to stay. The owners provide a great support and always available.

The condo was very clean and very well equipped with all necessities. Didn’t like the 3 flights of stairs at times. This was our 5th time at the Avalon complex and love it there. It is so close to Abe’s restaurant and shopping across the road. We had to cut our vacation short by 2 weeks due to Covid-19. Dan was understanding and has said he would send a refund. We highly recommend this unit for anyone without mobility issues. Very nice place!
