Brand New to The Seaside Property Shoppe Vacation Rental!
Prime Gulf Front Location
Be among the first to stay in this exceptional, back in time vacation home located in Indian Rocks Beach. The property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, offering immediate access to the stunning white sandy beach that defines the area.
We seek guests who appreciate the unique opportunity to enjoy a serene and inviting Gulf-front retreat, with all the comforts and beauty the location provides. This wonderful cottage home is gated off with privacy fencing defining the space. There are 2 long term renters in the back of the home that do not have access to the private gulf front home beach access or the pool.
3 Bedroom 2 Bath Direct Gulf Front Cottage step right on the back door (no stairs) and you will be on the beautiful beach front patio adorned with a beautiful pool area and very easy beach access. There is a gas grill for you exclusive use and an outdoor privacy shower. The beach gear including beach chairs is easily stored in the poolside shed.
TV's are streaming only with guests' sign-in only.
There are 2 parking spaces available for the beach house.
Typically stocked with a 5 day supply of TP, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods and trash liners.
