This unit has a large open and updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV for those days you want to stay in. The second bedroom is also equipped with a King bed and TV and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. This unit has all that a family needs from a condo. Fully equipped updated kitchen and updated baths with walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Washer/dryer. Free internet service. Heated Swimming Pool, Charcoal And Gas Grills

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
