* If you book during hurricane season (July - November) we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather related issues

* Construction is possible - some condos undergo renovations without notifying us.

* Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee them. Nearby stores are easily accessible.
