The Space:

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Please take note of the following details:

• Supplies: Initial toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided and typically last 3-5 days. Additional supplies are not guaranteed, but plenty of nearby stores are available if you need more. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site laundry facilities to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

• Construction: There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM as we work to restore Coral Resort. By booking, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary. We appreciate your understanding.

• Pest Note: While we regularly treat our homes for pests, it is not uncommon to see pests in Florida due to the heat (e.g., cockroaches, ants, spiders). We do not offer refunds for pest sightings, but we are happy to address concerns as soon as possible.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

• Situations Beyond Our Control: We cannot provide refunds for inconveniences caused by situations beyond our control, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.

• Pack ’n Plays: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm.

• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and requested for return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.



Interaction with Guests:

The host is available for questions and assistance via messaging throughout your stay. Check-in is self-service with a mandatory digital rental agreement and ID verification required prior to arrival; this process cannot be done in person.
