Family-friendly and meticulously designed private 2-bedroom home in Indian Rocks Beach sleeps up to 8 guests and sits 1.5 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico! The home features a master bedroom, guest bedroom, cozy living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large yard, grill, and resort-style sitting area out back.
Bungalow By The Beach is located in a well-maintained neighborhood within walking distance of the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. The famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just to the North and the famous Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South with plenty of local restaurants, surf shops, retail, sweet shops, and more in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an in-the-door water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator, a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cutlery, serve ware, dishes, pots, pans, quality cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker that takes both ground coffee and K-cups. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
*Off the kitchen is the laundry room breezeway with a full-size washer and dryer.
Dining Area: Has a 4 top unique dining table, light accent, and 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The dining room and kitchen overlook the backyard and have access to the outdoor seating area via sliding glass doors.
Living Room: Upon walking into the home you will find the living room with a cozy sitting area with plenty of natural lighting, a ceiling fan, a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a TV.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, nightstands with lamps, a closet with extra pillows, beach towels, iron and ironing board, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): A full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet, and tiled stand-up shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Has 2 full-size beds, nightstand, clock, dresser, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom#2: A full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet, and shower tub combination.
Outdoors: You will find an outdoor oasis in the back of the home with a resort-style sitting area, a heated pool, a dining table, a gas grill, and outdoor games for all ages. Beach equipment provided includes 3 beach chairs, a small cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces. Street and grass parking is not permitted.

There are two beach accesses close to this home- you simply head to the North or South when exiting the home at the first street take it West towards Gulf Blvd and walk two blocks towards the beach! The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is within walking distance of Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Sandy's, Hurricane Eddy's, Salt Public House, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Beach Shop, and Salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
