Small , cute & clean property. HOWEVER, the description said shared laundry and backyard.. it DID NOT say there was a joining apartment built in the back of the garage!!! Very misleading. We rented a house for privacy purposes. Had this been made clear we wouldn’t have chose this property! And will not return because of the reason.

Perfect Beach House

Thankyou for letting us enjoy your place! It was very comfortable, cute, and clean. PERFECT for a girls trip! We didn’t have many questions but when we did our contact was very quick to respond. The house was in the middle of town so everything was easy and quick to go too! Very close to Pier 60 which is where we went to access the beach! Beautiful home and view! Would highly reccomend!!

We had a pleasant stay. Property was well kept up. Short drive to beach. Great communication by owner. Good value. We needed extra sheets and the property management company took care of it immediately. Reasons for my 4 star review vs a 5 star review: Bedrooms were comfortable and good size, but door did not completely close to bedroom immediately off living room, and curtains did not completely cover the bedroom window which is a concern since back yard is shared with small unit on back of house. Since property is listed as sleeping 6 it would have been nice to have a table that seats 6 (or at least a few extra stools we could have pulled up to the table). It would have been nice to have a gas grill rather than charcoal grill on vacation.

Sugar San Festival Retreat

Good location, quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds. Bathroom had shampoo but no bath soap. Front door was confusing to lock. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the property. It was a good location for our trips to the beach. Could use some outside table and chairs. Was not aware that there was a possibility that someone else could be staying in a room off the garage and sharing laundry and yard.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater at the tidy 3 bedroom home completewith a kitchen. It was convenient to the beach with a short car ride and located in a nice neighborhood. It was a lovely little home.
