The place was just as described and on a fairly quiet street. Beds were extremely comfortable and towels felt lush. Also a huge plus to have the shampoo and body wash there for us! Fridge and oven were super clean. While there were lots of plates, bowls, etc., silverware was very limited. We literally had four forks and two knives. The washer/dryer combo was a nice feature, but needs a good cleaning on the inside. Lots of mold that I didn’t notice it until after I did I load. Overall, it was very comfortable and the perfect size for the four of us. About a 30ish min walk to downtown Dunedin.

This property is very nice - clean and inviting. You can easily walk to TD Stadium and even downtown Dunedin, and there is a nice pub and convenience store right around the corner. We had neighbors in the adjoining unit and couldn't even hear them! The only thing missing was a barbeque and some outdoor furniture, but that did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. We would rent this property again, and the host was easy to reach.
