Guest Access & Important Notes
1. This property has a 30-night minimum rental requirement. Shorter stays may be considered with an approved offer, but the entire month must be blocked off for the reservation.
2. The minimum age requirement to book this unit is 25 years old.
3. After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This is required to retrieve your parking pass from the association.
4. Pool tags will be provided for access to the community pool area.
5. If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.
