The Cambria hotel was in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. There were many amenties and places within walking distance. We walked every morning and enjoyed exploring the area. The beach was a block away. Rooms were very comfortable & very clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, hot soaking tub (disappointed it wasn't jetted), pool & bar. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel a few times. The server on the weekend was fantastic - fast, friendly, efficient, great personality & service. Also, all the bartenders inside and pool side were fantastic with drinks and service. We found the food was well prepared & tasty. There was one unsatisfactory incident with the food and the manager apologised and fixed it immediately. The breakfast servers during the week seemed as if they did not want to be there. They were not quick, efficient or good with their service. They were slow/forgetful to provide utensils, refill coffee, etc. Overall, the good outweighed the bad. Obviously there is always room for improvement, but we would definately stay at the Cambria agan and recommend to anyone.

Everything about the place was great! Beautiful rooftop with pool and hot tub, great cocktails at the bar, super comfortable bed and great location. I would definitely stay there again!

There is a lot to like about this hotel, and some things that are not so great. The property itself is nice: located in between the bay and the ocean, it's not directly situated on either, but has views and access to both. The rooftop pool and bar are quite excellent. The rooms are clean and well-appointed We encountered numerous excellent staff persons throughout our visit. Now, the not so good: the area is quite loud. Nearby bars, the adjacent post office, and parallel roadway all created some type of noise and different times, sometimes in the early morning and sometimes later in the evening. The area experienced a hurricane in 2024, and the impact is still evident. The immediate area has some good amenities, but there are also plenty of vacant and boarded up buildings.

Room was very clean when we arrived. 3 days later when housekeeping cleaned they di no sweeping, which it needed. The best parts of the stay were your fabulous valet attendants, and Loralei at the poolside bar. Loralei was left alone the day after Xmas and had to service 35-50 patrons for drinks and food service. She deserves a raise as she was alone until around 230pm and everyone was very very happy
