With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom washer and dryer included, guests will feel right at home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Located in the heart of Ozona you can walk to some of the best restaurants in town such as Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, Ozona Brewing and more. Pinellas Trail is a 5 min walk. Honeymoon Island State Park is less than a 10 min drive. This is a guesthouse, that’s attached to the main house but it’s totally private. Access is through the backyard. Bedroom and bathroom have AC, living room and kitchen have fans. Guesthouse is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer etc.

Quaint place close to great area

True to the listing this is a guest house that does not have air conditioning in the kitchen or living room area so in summer this is very warm. the bedroom and bathroom are air conditioned. It has the basics but bring your own phone chargers and toiletries. The location is nice and close to restaurants and the beach. Close to the Pinellas trail and is in a safe area. the only reason I gave a lower rating for the check in process was because the previous renter left late and we were not able to check in until 5:45 pm due to that.

Great stay!

The check-in process was super easy and the guest quarters were great. Host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!
