Our Coastal Beach Retreat is a beautifully preserved 1920s wooden beach bungalow that combines the timeless character of a raised villa cottage with the comfort of a thoughtfully updated interior.



Best of all, it’s located on Cambria Street—just 80 yards from the sand! Spend your days soaking up the sun and surf, then return to your cozy retreat.



Our Coastal Beach Retreat offers 5 bedrooms plus a den and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The property is made up of a main house and a charming cottage in the back, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out while still staying connected.

As you step into our beach cottage, you’ll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare family meals with ease.



Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table that seats up to 8 guests, perfect for shared meals and game nights. The space flows into a spacious living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV—an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach.





The main house offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen-size bed as well. Upstairs, a loft accessible by a spiral staircase makes the perfect hangout for teens, furnished with two daybeds (4 twins total).



The back cottage includes two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower.



In total, the property provides 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 4 twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.



This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes

Everything was wonderful, we got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub. Everything was as advertised, nice bedrooms and clean renovated bathrooms. Beach is just a few doors down. Would recommend to any family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Coastal Beach Retreat. 14 of us were needing a place to stay while in town for a family reunion, and this property fit the bill!The property is cozy enough for everyone to be able to hang out in the communal spaces, to enjoy a meal and to watch tv. And the property is spacious enough to retreat to one's bedroom and have some quiet time.The kids loved the pool, and it gave them an activity that the adults could supervise while socializing with one another. We didn't have to chase the kids around. They stayed occupied. This enhanced our experience.We never wanted to leave save to take the occasional walk on the beach. We just wanted to enjoy our cozy settings and enjoy one another's company. With the full sized kitchen, we shared many meals that we prepared together.Now, everyone that stayed wants to rent this property when they return to Clearwater with more of their respective families and friends.The rental staff was very responsive, too. We knew what to expect with gate codes and clean up duties because they initiated contact. They were also available to handle a garbage overflow situation with the garbage cans on the street b/c the city didn't collect on New Year's Day (the day before we arrived).We will be back, and we will refer this property for sure!
