Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place beach chairs and beach cabana (back in its carrying bag) on the front porch.
Beach wagon to be returned to side of house next to washer/dryer
Cover the outdoor sectional and grill (if used)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets on furniture or beds. If pets are found to have been on furniture, resulting in additional cleaning, guests agree to a $250 cleaning charge
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or on the front porch. $250 cleaning fee will apply.

Great stay!!

This property was amazing!! So close to everything. We didn't need a car. Beach access was super easy. The home was clean and had everything we needed. 10/10 will be back!!

Everything was perfect!!!! Check in and check out were a breeze. This little paradise had everything we could need for our weekend beach trip. The host provided chairs, canopy and a beach wagon. The beach was a short walk away. The back patio was perfect for the cool late nights. We will definitely book this home again. The host was super responsive and was available if we needed anything.
