As you walk in you will find the kitchen, dining and living area facing the ocean. We offer a fully equipped kitchen that is completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests and the living area is large and comfortable. Living area has a sectional sofa with two accent chairs and a flat-screen TV. Walk out your sliding glass door and your're on your way to the beach!

The unit faces the shared pool so you also have very easy access to it. Very private and quiet residential area.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 Twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located in the hallway.

This beautiful and spacious unit has a perfect patio that can offer some shade. An ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the views! The tropical landscaping in this community is well maintained and offers beautiful foliage all around it.

The community features a shared pool and grill area, all that is beachfront.

This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
