This City view condo hotel suite is unique, offering a second large unattached balcony. This lovely suite comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed, two queen beds plus the full-sized sofa bed, along with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half-bath in the common area.
Enjoy the sunrise over Clearwater with a steaming cup of coffee. This fifth-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you bring a dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

It will wake you up all night long. It also makes the temperature fluctuate greatly, when it’s on, you’re cold, when it’s off, you’re warm. •Photos of beach in listing are deceiving. There are no umbrellas, chairs, or cabanas set up for guests. You CAN pick them up from the hotel for free and take them to the beach, but there’s not a pre-set area. •Public parking means you’re sharing that section of the beach too. •The couch in the living area was uncomfortable. You will slide down to the middle.

The property is very clean and well maintained and they have plenty of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for guests. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked and has a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods. We were less impressed with the 2 smaller bedrooms: one did not have a closet, which was problematic. It should be simple to buy a small standing armoire for that room. The other room had no dresser of drawers. Again, even a small dresser in the closet would have helped. These issues can and should be easily corrected. The suite did have a safe, but it was on the floor in the master closet, making it difficult to reach/lock and unlock (we had to get down on hands and knees to access). A small table in the closet would make access to the safe convenient. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would return. The property is steps from the beach.

A good mix of hotel vs Vrbo home

We overall enjoyed the stay, and it was a good mix of the environment. We wish we would’ve had the beach view versus the roadside, and a few other things additionally. The bedrooms were a little small, but overall comfortable. The hotel and the rooms themselves were clean and noise orientated. (We stayed during the week) Our kids would’ve enjoyed the pool after sunset for sure if the pool was open a little bit later hours.

Golf stay

Are three bedroom condo on the beach at the Avalon house was perfect for our trip. Nice outdoor patio bar with a great view of the sunset was a nice touch. I’m going out very very new and convenient to golf courses and nightly activity.

It’s only the location!

The place is generally okay but if you value sleep and rest more don’t take the masters bedroom. The HVAC/blower is located inside the masters bedroom. It’s loud and bothersome. I did not look at the previous reviews but this was reported back in November 2022. Their solution was to turn it off or not sleep inside the masters bedroom. I ended up turning it off and they provided me with fans. They won’t even offer refund if you wanted to cancel.

The Place was clean and very modern. Beds were very hard! Parking is only for 1 vehicle, and there is construction directly across from the balcony that woke us up each morning. Not much of a view. Much different than the pictures show. Young lady at the front desk was less than pleasant to deal with. Pool is small, bar was never open while we were there. Not worth $550/.night in my opinion.

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed on vacation!!! We always travel with our friends (5 total) and we were absolutely blown away with this place. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and are the absolute people we have ever met. We loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas provided and there was plenty for everyone. The towel exchange was amazing as well. Along with all the essentials that were provided and restocked. All the beds were very comfortable. One evening it rained and the front desk offered us umbrellas so we could walk around, we thought this was above and beyond excellent service!!!!! So if you are looking for an extremely clean, safe and friendly environment, we highly recommend The Avalon!!! encountered
