Welcome to Pelican Place on 28th! This charming, private guesthouse was just upgraded in November 2025 and is located only 6 blocks north of the fun and trendy Central Avenue. Its a perfect walking distance to Saint Petersburg's most incredible art and food scene or quick bike ride to the vibrant Saint Pete Pier, the Dali Museum and Tropicana Stadium.

Dogs are well-loved at this property - with bowls, leashes, and waste bags provided - along with your own private fenced in yard.

Full of brick streets, retro charm and a thriving arts scene, Historic Kenwood is one of the top spots for visitors. Six blocks north of the Grand Central District - the guest house is walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studios, art galleries, and SO much more. Who needs a boring grocery store when you have the local Kenwood Farmer’s Market across the street? But if you can’t find what you need there - Publix, Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and a ton of other retail shops are just a 5-min drive away.

Only 20 minutes to some of the best beaches in the country. Other local spots include:

There is a lovely, private yard- perfect for that afternoon iced tea or evening cocktail. An outdoor seating area and grill in the garden are available for use. We live on the property in a separate house with a completely different entrance.

Off street parking is available in the driveway next to the house.
