We’ve stocked cruiser bikes and a full beach kit—chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels—so beach days are effortless.
Quiet lot, easy parking and a breezy backyard for grilling or stargazing.

The Space:
Layout: Two‑story house. Living, dining, kitchenette, and a full bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs (King primary with private balcony, Queen guest with en‑suite half bath).

Kitchenette: Bright and efficient with microwave oven, cooktop, lots of counter space, drip coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, basic spices & oil. Everything you need to make delicious meals at home.

Living & Dining: Comfy sofa lounge, smart TV, dining table for four, board games + playing cards.

Bathrooms: 1 full bath (shower/tub combo) on the first floor; 1 half bath upstairs inside the guest bedroom.

Primary Bedroom: King bed · access to private balcony

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed · half bath.

The Neighborhood:
Set on a quiet, residential street with friendly neighbors, this spot sits right next to the Pinellas Trail—perfect for morning rides on the cruiser bikes. You’re ~8 min to St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island Beach, ~12 min to Downtown, and ~10 min to Tropicana Field. Expect a peaceful vibe overall, with some daytime construction a across the street from time to time (typical work hours). Free on-street parking is easy, and the area’s lined with walkable blocks and palms—classic St. Pete.

Getting Around:
We’re a quick drive to Treasure Island & St. Pete Beach, and steps from the Pinellas Trail—take the cruiser bikes for a easy ride to coffee, parks, and waterfront spots. Downtown St. Pete’s museums and restaurants are close by.

Bikes: Hop on the Pinellas Trail right next to the house—paved routes to parks, cafes, and downtown corridors. 6 cruiser bikes included (pump in shed).

Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are fast and plentiful here.

Transit: PSTA routes run nearby, with the SunRunner BRT along 1st Ave N/1st Ave S linking Downtown, Grand Central, and St. Pete Beach.

Driving: Quick access to main arteries/I-275: ~12 min Downtown, ~8min St. Pete Beach, ~18–30 min to PIE/TPA.

Other Things to Note:
Pets: Allowed (please include pets in your booking; standard fee may apply).

Bikes: Use at your own risk; helmets not provided but strongly recommended.

Garage is locked for owner storage and is not included.

Please note: There’s a detached house in the front (Unit A) that isn’t part of this listing. Both homes have separate entrances and are fully fenced for privacy.

Stairs: By booking, you acknowledge that both bedrooms are accessed via a steep staircase and agree to use the handrail, supervise children, and avoid carrying oversized items alone. If anyone in your group has mobility or balance concerns, please consider whether this layout is suitable before booking.

Interaction with Guests:
We’re hands-off but hyper-responsive. Enjoy self check-in via smart lock and message us in the app for anything you need—we monitor for urgent issues and aim to reply quickly during the day. A local team can assist in person for essentials (lockouts, maintenance). We never arrive unannounced; any scheduled yard/service visits are communicated in advance.
