LOCATION
Our house is perfectly located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a barrier island south west of St. Petersburg,
Just a few minutes walk to the Gulf of Mexico pristine sandy beach and to many restaurants, gift shops such as; Walgreens, Starbucks, Lido Park (outdoor play structure), Gigi’s Italian, Sandbar Bill’s, Drunken Clam and much more.

HOUSE
Bedroom 1 - queen size bed, bedroom 2 - 2 full size beds, 3 pcs bathroom, comfortable living room, good size kitchen and large dining room with plenty of windows.
The entire house was recently painted and the terrazzo floor was restored and polished. All work completed. All permits are closed.

EXTERIOR SPACE
