Light, Bright, and clean newly renovated first floor corner studio condo. One minute Walk to the beautiful heated pool or to the amazing beach with turquoise waters, soft sugary sand and the most stunning sunsets possible. Fully appointed kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, queen bed, 3 cushion sofa, and full size futon, Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, and beach equipment including 2 backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, coozies, and beach wagon. This unit is equipped with Impact resistant windows. Luxury Vinyl Flooring was recently added. The shower has a grab bar for safety. The Futon is located in a separate space for privacy if needed. Short walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, nightlife, festivals and markets. Must be 25+ to rent

Nice condo-close to beach and restaurants

Condo was as promised and well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, cooler to use, umbrella and cart. good TV, good internet in unit, very close to st Pete beach at less than a 1 minute walk. Nice poool area too with walk in( ie: no ladder) Lots of restaurants in walking distance and publix right down the street for groceries. Owner was very good with communication very friendly, and easy to check in and out using last 4 digits of your cell #. Unit comes with a Keurig machine and complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar. Owner provided a bottle of red wine. And again the kitchen and condo was very well appointed. Lots of plugs with usb and mini usb to charge all your devices. Nice couch and a futon in the other room so would be a good place for 2 couples, or a family of 4. Best part is st Pete beach right outside your door with beautiful sunsets. We LOVED It overall and would stay again. Book it, you’ll love it and have a great vacation Like we did.
