Peaceful and steps from downtown. PERFECT LOCATION- minutes walk to the shopping and Dali or Pier. North shore Pool and Spa Beach just a few steps away. Enjoy the bicycles during your stay and get to know all of the best in St Pete!

Situated between Downtown and the Old NE (northeast) -This is the best place to visit! You can walk/bike along the winding Northshore Park trail + watch the dolphins play along the seawall. Enjoy an evening stroll to the St Pete Pier and see the trees lit-up at night. Dine on the fantastic local food such as the Coconut shrimp from Doc Fords Rum Bar or jump over to Pier Teak for a Tiki style cocktail and sit under the tiki hut in the open air.

Nestled in a quiet and historic corner of downtown St Pete. This is a peaceful neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of St Pete quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are St Pete's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this peaceful retreat.
