Vacation in a three bedroom, two bath condo and a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have also been upgraded with new granite vanities and new cabinetry. The living room, as well as all three bedrooms have flat screen TV's with free cable. Spacious living/dining room area, with comfortable couches.

We had a great stay overall. The place was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made the trip really comfortable. The heated pool was a big highlight, and the building itself was nice. The hosts were also great, very responsive and easy to communicate with.The unit had sand toys available, which was a nice touch for a beach stay. The floors were a bit dirty at times, but that’s fairly expected being so close to the beach with sand coming in and out.Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome views, beds, bathrooms, etc…it was also nice having a washer/dryer and extra chairs, towels and fans. Easy access to John’s Pass and great beach and pool. The reservation process was very easy and great communication with questions before and during our stay. We are already planning our next stay!

The location is perfect for beach and shops and restaurants!! There was plenty of room in the condo and parking was great too. The kitchen pans could use replacing and a muffin pan and more coffee cups would be a good addition. We did have to buy ice. The bathrooms were fine and towels were too. We appreciated the fans in the rooms. Not sure if the master mirrored closet was supposed to open but we couldn’t open it. The location absolutely trumps any minor issues though !! Loved the balcony view !

We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop. The area was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again.

Beach front condo

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was a perfect condo for our family. I was really happy with the parking spaces that were provided. The location was awesome for shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. One problem is the elevator. It continually locks up and you have to take the stairs. It was not operating the night we packed and we had to haul all of our luggage and totes from the 3rd floor. Unfortunately my luggage strap became caught on the railing and I fell down couple steps. Hoping the facility will address this situation soon. We would like to return to this condo but this is a problem that needs fixed.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this comfy beach front condo. The description accurate. Parking under covered area next to elevator. Updated and very clean .. everything in working order! Pool and beach were steps away. We will return!

TLC needed

Location is fantastic but it needs a refresh. The shower head in main bathroom won't stay on the wall, ants in bathroom and the furniture could use a cleaning. The balcony floor was so dirty and it tracked into the condo so you had to have shoes on at all times. I seen a note from the association that said they will be power washing the balconies and seal them which would help. Overall it has all the basics you need.
