Vacation in a three bedroom, two bath condo and a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have also been upgraded with new granite vanities and new cabinetry. The living room, as well as all three bedrooms have flat screen TV's with free cable. Spacious living/dining room area, with comfortable couches.



-- The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and leads out to the private balcony area.



-- The second bedroom has two Queen size beds



-- The third bedroom has it's own Full Size bed.



Plenty of space for guests, and plenty of space for relaxing.

We had a great stay overall. The place was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made the trip really comfortable. The heated pool was a big highlight, and the building itself was nice. The hosts were also great, very responsive and easy to communicate with.The unit had sand toys available, which was a nice touch for a beach stay. The floors were a bit dirty at times, but that’s fairly expected being so close to the beach with sand coming in and out.Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome views, beds, bathrooms, etc…it was also nice having a washer/dryer and extra chairs, towels and fans. Easy access to John’s Pass and great beach and pool. We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop.
